How to Place an Order for Sample: Follow below Steps

(Step1)
Select Option ‘Fabric Sample’ from Drop down box 1

(Step2)
Select how many Colour Samples you required from Drop down box 2

eg.
Option 1-Piece : Refer to 1 Colour Sample – which will cost = £2.50
Option 2-Piece : Refer to 2 colour samples – which will cost = £4.35
Option 3-Piece : Refer to 3 colour samples – which will cost = £4.80
Option 4-Piece : Refer to 4 colour samples – which will cost = £5.25
Option 5-Piece : Refer to 5 colour samples – which will cost = £5.70
Option 6-Piece : Refer to 6 colour samples – which will cost = £6.15

(Step3)
Once required Option Selected from dropdown box, Click on “ADD TO BASKET”
Than proceed to Check out and at Checkout Page you will see ‘text box’ at the bottom to add “ORDER NOTES” to us:

YOU MUST in this “ORDER NOTES“, list what you need clearly
Only list the URL of the item and than list the colours
See format below. (example shown below)

DO NOT ADD ADDITIONAL REQUEST OR NOTES, AS THIS WILL MAKE PROCESS COMPLICATED AND WRONG INTERPRETATION OF WHATS REQUIRED.
Only make a clear list of what you need: Remember, each additional colour will be charged for.

Important Notes:
a) Shipping is FREE for samples

b) In 1 Order you can place request for ONLY 1 FABRIC STYLE. And Maximum Colours you can request is 6 ( by selecting Option 6-Piece from 2nd Drop Down Box )

c) If you want a different style, you need to make a new order. *
( * sampling preparation is labour intensive and we don’t profit from this at all, its simply to cover labour and shipping costs; this is NOT negotiable so please do not request combined style per SAMPLE REQUEST )

d) We CAN NOT take sample orders over the phone as this leads to errors.

Follow below format to add “ORDER NOTES” in Purchase at Checkout:

1) URL of the listing
2) Copy paste title
3) List the colour names exactly as in drop down selection box (from the actual product listing)
eg. If you select Option “3-Pieces” from dropdown box, then add only 3 Colours names you required in order Note. If added more than 3 colours then you will be receiving only 3 Colour samples from the list.
