Red 25mm not 25mm after a number of days messaging and e mails and sharing pictures and answering questions I had already answered eventually gave me a refund. What I would have liked is the advertised product. No explanation just “we’ve refunded you” Now I need to search again and pay postage from somewhere else instead of multiple items from 1 supplier and 1 postage ☹️ Tan colour is correct width as shown in pic.
Splitting Hairs :
A 2mm difference here is what we are talking about: I have copied the picture customer has sent: these are FABRICS, not metal sheets and each colour varies slightly… inevitable.
The only thing I can say, if you looking for this precision, most suppliers will not be able to guarantee this .
From my point of view, im glad to receive the picture from this client and it shows clearly what you can expect from us.
For most people, I would think this 2mm difference in width would not matter an inch! ( although for this client it was critical)
The refund issued as this was the simplest solution in hope the client would be content ( and as we had no alternative) …. Obviously not. You ( the potential buyer) decide!!
In 15years of selling this best seller item…. We have never had a complaint about out PU tape.

Fabric can only be sold by the metre but you will also see that we have the option to buy an additional half metre (of course the price of an additional half metre is a little higher) so all you need to do is buy 1 metre plus half a metre separately. Thank you for your review and were delighted that you liked the fabric.
